What the site collects, why, for how long, and what you can ask for.

Browsing: no trackers
The site sets no tracking cookie and calls no advertising service. The only local storage is your choice of light or dark theme, kept in your browser and never transmitted. No audience measurement is in place.
Forms
Every form states its purpose, its retention period and its recipient before you send it, and requires an explicit consent checkbox. Data is sent over HTTPS, never in the page address, and stored on the CDS servers in Brazzaville. It is passed to no third party.

Voice recordings
The site collects no recording. Consent to recording the voice is collected on site, in the ODK Collect app, and kept with the recording. The published corpora contain no name and no contact details. See Data governance.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the data concerning you, or withdraw a recording, by writing to contact@congo-digital.com. CDS acknowledges receipt within a week and replies within a month.
